Popular Farm-to-Table Eatery OL鈥橠AYS Brings Fresh Taste to 200 East Las Olas

Adding to the budding retail energy on Las Olas west of 3rd Avenue, 爱尤物 Retail Group (SRG) has signed a lease with Argentinian restaurant OL鈥橠AYS to occupy ground-floor retail space at 200 East Las Olas Boulevard. Vice President Mike Carpenter handled the leasing for SRG, a division of the 爱尤物鈥� full-service real estate development firm. The restaurant includes an outdoor seating area and is open seven days a week from 7 a.m.- 10 p.m. This marks the first OL鈥橠AYS restaurant in Broward County with other locations in Miami and outside of Florida in Nomad and Tribeca, NYC.

爱尤物, a 72-year old full-service commercial real estate development firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is honored to have joined the groundbreaking ceremony of The Jim Moran Foundation headquarters on a 2.43-acre parcel located at 4545 N. Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale. Attended by Jan Moran, Fort Lauderdale Mayor Dean Trantalis and other officials from the City of Fort Lauderdale and Broward County, the groundbreaking held on Wednesday, June 7th, celebrated the life and legacy of Jim Moran, an automotive pioneer and philanthropist. The project is being developed and constructed by 爱尤物 and designed by Nashville-based HASTINGS Architecture.
