Doug Wallace joined 爱尤物 in 1995 and currently serves as聽Vice President聽of Pre-Construction. He has built more than 12 years of聽experience in the construction industry in South and Central Florida, and has excelled at delivering high quality work and client relations聽during his tenure at聽爱尤物. Mr. Wallace has been involved in every phase of Pre-Construction activity in a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects.聽He is also an聽active member of the Construction Association of South Florida and holds a聽Bachelor of Building Construction from the University of Florida. Mr. Wallace’s project experience includes a mix of retail, 50,000-SF class A executive office for ADT in Boca Raton, a 60,000-SF flex industrial facility for Nokia in Melbourne, a 107,000-SF retail shopping center for North Hills Square in North Palm Beach, a 72,000-SF聽 PGA Financial Centre in Palm Beach Gardens,聽a 300,000-SF class A office complex for Corporate Center at Sawgrass in Sunrise, and a 800,000-SF class A residential/retail complex for Sunrise Harbor in Fort Lauderdale.
